These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Coverride products on the official website. Their acceptance is required for the purchase of products, both for registered customers and guests.
These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between SEARCODE SRL, P.IVA 03723130799 with registered office at Viale Magna Grecia 57, 88100 Catanzaro (CZ) (henceforth “Coverride”) and the visitor who completes an order on this website (henceforth “Customer”), who by proceeding to purchase explicitly accepts the text below.

1.1 Using iPhone on the website
Images used on this site, including representations of iPhone devices, are for illustrative purposes only. These images are intended to demonstrate the compatibility of our products with iPhone devices and do not imply the inclusion of such devices in the products sold or indicate an association with Apple Inc. “iPhone” is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. and all rights to the trademark and related products are the exclusive property of Apple Inc.
1.2 Product Presentation and Compatibility
The images presented on the website are indicative of Coverride models designed to be compatible with iPhone 13 Pro. However, to facilitate extended compatibility with other iPhone models, including iPhone 12, 13, and 14, the Coverride design has been optimized to fit multiple devices. This approach allows the use of a single Coverride pattern on multiple iPhone models. As a result, the camera hole on Coverride products compatible with Phone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 14 may be slightly larger than the actual camera size on those devices. This design choice ensures that Coverride can serve a wide range of iPhone models with a single product, while simplifying the Customer experience without affecting product functionality in any way.
1.3 Changes to the Products
Coverride strives to keep the information on the website current and accurate. However, we reserve the right to change product specifications, prices, and availability without notice in order to improve product quality and compatibility. Such changes may also be applied to extend the compatibility of our products to more devices.
1.4 Purchasing Without an Account
Coverride’s website allows the purchase of products even without creating an account. In this case, the Customer will still be required to provide the information necessary to process the order such as shipping address and payment details.
1.5 Package Contents
In the Coverride package will be provided:
1 x Coverride
1 x 20W charger with Type C input (for iPhone charging) and USB input (for Coverride charging);
1 x USB to Type C Charging Cable;
1 x Instruction manual in QR Code format;
1.6 Quality Control
Coverride conducts a thorough inspection of each part before shipment, in addition to testing the product for a minimum of 10 hours. For each product, the design update through the official app, the use of buttons on the shell, and the charging phase are tested. In addition, the plastic shell, electronic components, and battery are inspected and tested before assembly.
- Product shipment, packaging and disputes
2.1 Shipping Terms
Coverride strives to ship products within 2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected during the checkout process.
2.2 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are free of charge. However, shipping methods other than standard shipping (when available), such as express shipping or COD may have an additional charge.
2.3 Shipment Tracking
Once the order is shipped, Coverride will provide the Customer with a tracking number via email. This will allow the Customer to track the status of the shipment.
2.4 Liability for Delays or Losses
Coverride is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors or by the courier company. If a package is lost, Coverride will work with the courier to resolve the problem.
2.5 Packaging-related disputes
Coverride packages the products following rigorous quality control. The product is placed inside a special rigid box, sealed with polypropylene film and shipped with an anti-theft box with adhesive closure. For any dispute regarding the packaging or transport damage, the Customer agrees to accept the delivery of the courier with reservation, as well as to make immediately after and before opening the package, a video that reports the damage found by the packaging and any repercussions on the internal contents of the package. In the absence of the acceptance of delivery with reservation and the video before opening the package, after-sales service cannot be guaranteed and the responsibility will fall entirely on the Customer.
2.6 International Delivery
Coverride does not currently guarantee international shipping to EU countries. The purchase of the product is guaranteed only in Italy.
- Payments
3.1 Accepted Methods of Payment
Coverride accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit card and PayPal. Specific details of accepted payment methods are available during the checkout process.
3.2 Payment Security
Coverride uses industry-standard encryption technologies to protect Client payment information. We do not store credit card data on our servers to provide additional security.
3.3 Billing
After payment, the Customer will receive an invoice for the purchase.
- Return and Refund
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product without having to provide any reason. This right applies to all products purchased on Coverride, provided they are in unaltered condition and in their original packaging.
4.2 Methods for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Coverride of its decision by an explicit statement, which can be sent by e-mail to info@coverride.com. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period as set forth in Art. 3.1
4.3 Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of termination of this contract, all payments received from the Client, including the cost of shipping (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of shipping other than free standard delivery, as set forth in Article 2.2), will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which Coverride is informed of the Client’s decision to terminate the contract. The refund will be made on the same means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
4.4 Return of Product
The Client must deliver the goods to Coverride by sending them to SEARCODE SRL, Viale Magna Grecia 57, 88100 Catanzaro (CZ). without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from the contract, without prejudice to the obligation to make the shipment before the expiration of the withdrawal period, as set forth in Article 3.1
Direct costs of returning the goods and liability during transportation will be borne by the Customer.
4.5 Condition of Returned Goods
Products must be returned intact, undamaged and in the original packaging, in each case complete with all its parts. It is essential that the Customer attaches the proof of purchase inside the packaging of the returned goods in order to allow Coverride to correctly identify it, otherwise the refund may not be guaranteed.

- Legal Warranty
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206), Customers are entitled to a legal warranty on products purchased through our website. This warranty covers conformity defects in products within two years of delivery.
5.1 Conditions for Legal Warranty
The legal warranty covers conformity defects that become apparent within two years after delivery of the product, provided the defect is reported within two months of its discovery.
5.2 Covered Defects and Customer’s Rights
The legal warranty covers defects in conformity of products, that is, any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the good. If the product is defective, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the good without additional charge, unless this is impossible or excessively burdensome. As an alternative to repair or replacement, the Customer may request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract if repair or replacement is impossible or has not been made within a reasonable period or without inconvenience to the Customer.
5.3 Legal Warranty Exclusions.
The legal warranty does not apply in case of damage caused by improper or non-conforming use of the product. The legal warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized intervention by the Customer or third parties.
5.4 Request for activation of the Legal Guarantee and procedural process
To exercise the right to the legal warranty, the Customer must inform Coverride of the conformity defect within the period of two months after its discovery. The Customer may contact us at info@coverride.com
The Customer must provide proof of purchase and describe the defect in detail to facilitate the handling of the warranty claim. If the legal warranty is applied, the Customer must send the product to SEARCODE SRL, Viale Magna Grecia 57, 88100 Catanzaro (CZ). Coverride will analyze the product and, if the conformity defect is confirmed, will proceed to repair or replacement as indicated in Art. 5.2, also reimbursing the cost of shipping to the Customer. However, if the defect does not fall under the legal warranty, the shipping and return costs will be borne entirely by the Customer.
5.5 Refund and Return
In the event that the legal warranty applies and if repair or replacement of the product is not possible or has not been carried out within a period of 60 working days, the Customer has the right to request a reduction of the purchase price, a full refund of the amount paid, or the return of the defective product.
- Conclusions
6.1 General Responsibility
Coverride assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased products. Liability is limited exclusively and in all cases, to the value of the product purchased.
6.2 Amendment to this contract
Coverride reserves the right to change these clauses at any time, effective immediately after the changes are posted on the website. Any earlier version will be made available on this page.
6.3 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes that cannot be amicably resolved will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Catanzaro Court.
